Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Rejynx: subscriptions and the 7-day free trial through the App Store and Google Play, what AI answers are and aren't, how paying a bill works (we never move money), using your own AI key, fair use, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Updated 27 September 2026

Effective 27 September 2026. Last updated 27 September 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Raheed Mujawar, Gogol, Aquem, Goa 403601, India ("Rejynx", "we", "us"). They cover the Rejynx apps for iPhone and Android, our server and our website (together, "Rejynx"). By using Rejynx you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

1. Who can use Rejynx

  • You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement where you live.
  • Rejynx is for your personal use. If you want to use it for a business, contact us for a separate agreement (see the Data Processing Agreement).

2. What Rejynx is

Rejynx is an assistant you can ask anything. It reads bills you give it, on your phone, reminds you before they're due and prepares payments for you to confirm in your own UPI app. It answers what it can on your phone; other questions go to AI providers through our server, or straight from your phone with your own AI key, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Answers from the cloud are written by AI (the app labels them, for example "Cloud · Groq · Fast"). They aren't written or checked by a person.

3. Subscriptions and the free trial

Subscriptions are built into the app, which isn't in the App Store or Google Play yet: this section is how they work once it is. The prices and plan limits are still to be set.

  • Plans. Rejynx offers paid plans (such as Plus and Pro) that renew automatically. The app and the store listing show each plan's price, what it includes and its limits before you subscribe. Features that run on your phone aren't limited.
  • Bought through Apple or Google. You subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, with the payment method in your Apple or Google account. Apple or Google sells you the subscription and takes the payment under its own terms. We never see your card or bank details.
  • 7-day free trial. New subscribers may get a free trial of 7 days, once per Apple or Google account. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged for the first period, unless you cancel before then. The app tells you the trial's length, the price after it and the date it ends before you start it. If you buy a paid plan during a free trial, the unused part of the trial ends, where the store works that way.
  • Payment. Apple or Google charges your account when you confirm the purchase, or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) at the then-current price, unless you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or you'll be charged for the next one; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.
  • How to cancel. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rejynx → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rejynx → Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Depending on the store, cancelling during the free trial may end your access to the trial straight away. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
  • Price changes. If a plan's price goes up, Apple or Google will tell you before the new price applies, and ask for your agreement where their rules require it. You can cancel instead.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. For a Google Play purchase you can also write to hello@raheed.dev, and we'll look at it. This doesn't affect any right to a refund or to cancel that the law where you live gives you.
  • Plan limits. Each plan's limits (for example, how many Thinking answers or prepared payments a month) are shown in the app. If we have to change a limit, we'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next period.

4. AI answers can be wrong

  • AI answers may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, even when they sound sure. The app may also misread a bill or miss one.
  • Rejynx isn't financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice, and we aren't registered as an investment adviser or any other kind of adviser anywhere. Don't rely on an answer for a decision that matters without checking it.
  • Check amounts and due dates against your biller's or bank's own statement before you pay. You're responsible for your decisions and for paying your bills on time.
  • Reminders are scheduled by your phone. They depend on your phone's settings (such as notification permission and battery saving) and may not appear.

5. Paying bills: we never move money

  • When you tap Pay, Rejynx opens your own UPI app with the payee's UPI ID (the one you typed), the payee's name, the amount and a short note filled in. You confirm the payment in your UPI app, with your UPI PIN.
  • Rejynx never moves money, never holds it, and never sees your UPI PIN. It never asks for an OTP or a card number either, so don't type or paste one into a chat question: a question the phone can't answer goes to an AI provider as you wrote it (see the Privacy Policy). We aren't a bank, a payment system or a UPI app. The payment is between you, your UPI app, your bank and the payee, under their terms.
  • Check the payee's name that your UPI app shows before you enter your PIN. A UPI ID you type into Rejynx is checked only for its format.
  • We'll never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP, your card number or a password. Anyone who does isn't us.
  • If a payment fails, goes to the wrong person or is charged twice, contact your UPI app or bank; they handle disputes. Marking a bill as paid in Rejynx records what you tell it. It doesn't pay the bill or check with your bank.

6. Your own AI key

  • You can add an API key from Groq, Cloudflare or OpenRouter. Your questions then go straight from your phone to that provider, and our server never receives them or the key.
  • Your use of the key is between you and the provider. Its terms, usage policies and privacy policy apply, and any charges go to your account with it. We aren't responsible for the provider's service, charges or handling of your data.
  • Keep your key secret. Remove it at any time in Settings → Your own AI key.

7. Using Rejynx fairly

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use Rejynx to harm, defraud, harass or deceive anyone;
  • ask for content that's illegal, or that breaks the usage policies of the AI providers and model makers we use (listed on Who processes data for us);
  • get around rate limits or plan limits, or use our server other than through the Rejynx app (for example by taking the app's key out of the app);
  • attack, overload, scan or probe our server, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
  • copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it in spite of this term;
  • use Rejynx to make decisions about other people, such as their credit, employment or housing.

If an AI answer is offensive, harmful or plainly wrong, tell us at hello@raheed.dev. We use reports to make answers safer.

8. Your content

What you type and add to Rejynx is yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to run Rejynx for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We don't use it to train AI models. You can use the answers you get, as long as you follow the law and these terms.

9. Our app

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Rejynx app on phones you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. Rejynx, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are under their own licences.

10. Changes to Rejynx and to these terms

  • We improve Rejynx and may change or remove features. Which AI providers and models answer can change, and free models can be slow, busy or unavailable. If we remove a feature that's part of a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.
  • If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you don't agree, you can stop using Rejynx and cancel your subscription.

11. Ending this agreement

  • You can stop using Rejynx at any time: delete the app, and cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play (see Delete your data).
  • We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect Rejynx or others. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end a paid plan without cause, you can get a pro-rata refund of what you paid for the unused period.
  • Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13 and 14 continue after the agreement ends.

12. Our responsibility to you

  • Rejynx is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that answers or bill readings will be accurate.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for late fees, penalties or interest caused by a bill that was missed, misread or paid late, or by an AI answer, unless we caused it by breaking these terms or through our negligence.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for all claims connected with Rejynx is limited to the greater of what you paid for Rejynx in the 12 months before the claim and the amount you paid Rejynx in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing.
  • Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

13. Disputes and governing law

  • Please contact us first at hello@raheed.dev; most problems can be sorted out quickly. In India, you can also write to our Grievance Officer: Raheed Mujawar, hello@raheed.dev. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Goa, India.
  • If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

14. General

  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Rejynx.
  • If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You can't transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer it to a company that takes over Rejynx, as long as your rights under it aren't reduced; we'll tell you if that happens.
  • These terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience.

15. If you got Rejynx from Apple's App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Rejynx or its content.

  • Licence. Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
  • Support. We, not Apple, provide maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
  • Warranty. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, such as product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  • Intellectual property. If someone claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
  • Legal compliance. You confirm that you aren't in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you aren't on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the app: Raheed Mujawar, Gogol, Aquem, Goa 403601, India, hello@raheed.dev.
  • Other companies' terms. When you use Rejynx, you must also follow the terms of any other service you use with it, such as your mobile network, your UPI app and your AI provider.
  • Apple as a beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them, Apple can enforce them against you.
