Common questions

  • When can I get Rejynx?

    It’s coming to iPhone and Android. It isn’t in the App Store or Google Play yet.

  • What can it do?

    Answer questions, like any AI chat: choose Auto, Fast or Thinking. And keep track of your bills: paste a bill message, import a PDF statement or add a bill by hand, get a reminder before each one is due, and pay it in your own UPI app. Paste a payment alert and Rejynx marks the bill it paid, or asks you first when it isn’t sure.

  • An answer was wrong, or harmful. How do I tell you?

    Under the answer, tap 👎, then Report. It starts an email to us in your own mail app, with only where the answer came from (the line under it): add what was wrong, and the answer if you like, then send it. Retry, next to it, asks the question again. 👍 and 👎 stay on your phone.

  • Does Rejynx read my SMS or email?

    Only if you allow it. On Android, Rejynx can read your SMS for bills, payments and money in and out, and on any phone it can read your bill emails in Gmail once you connect it. Both are read on your phone, and the messages never leave it. When you ask about your bills, each bill’s payee, category, amount, minimum due, due date and status goes with the question, sealed so only our server can open it, and our server keeps none of it. Bills found in Gmail never go with a question, to us or to an AI provider. iPhone doesn’t let apps read SMS.

    You can also add bills yourself: a bill message you paste or a statement you import is read on the phone in the same way.

  • What leaves my phone?

    Questions the phone can’t answer itself, sealed so only our server can open them. One that has a money word, like “pay” or “card”, or a word from one of your payees’ names takes your bills along, six fields each (never those from Gmail), so some questions that aren’t about bills take them too. Settings → What left my phone lists your latest 500 questions that went, and which of them took bills, and the line under each answer names the model and provider that gave it.

    If you buy a plan, the store’s proof of your purchase goes to our server, sealed, so it can ask Apple or Google which plan you have. And only if you choose: your phone reads Gmail from Google itself, your UPI app gets the payment you tap Pay for, and Apple or Google keeps your encrypted backup.   • Can Rejynx pay my bills or see my bank account?

    No. It fills in a UPI payment and hands over to your UPI app, where you confirm it with your PIN. Rejynx never sees your PIN, can’t move money and doesn’t connect to your bank.

  • How do I use my own AI key?

    Settings → Your own AI key. Choose Groq, Cloudflare or OpenRouter and paste your key. It stays in your phone’s secure storage, and your questions go from your phone straight to that provider, not through our server.

  • Do I need an account?

    No. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional: it keeps your plan on all your phones. Without it, everything else works the same, and your phone’s plan stays with its store account.

  • How do I delete my data?

    If you signed in, Settings → Delete account deletes your account from our server at once. The rest of what Rejynx keeps is on your phone. Delete a chat or a bill in the app, or uninstall the app to remove it all, including what the app can’t delete one by one yet, such as “What left my phone”. On iPhone, remove your own AI key first (Settings → Your own AI key), since the iPhone can keep a deleted app’s keys in its Keychain. Our server keeps no copy of your questions.   • Does this website use cookies?

    No. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from other sites. See Cookies.
